Overview - For Students

The LUKE Foundation Leadership Intern Program seeks to identify self-governing students poised for a lifelong commitment to professional excellence and leadership roles in their community. This is a 6-week "paid" internship program designed to place the 'best and the brightest' student candidates with companies that practice the highest standards in business, professional and entrepreneurial leadership.

Wages/salaries are competitive with entry level positions of the business or industry. Most positions are located in the Washington, DC, close-in Maryland, and Northern VA metropolitan areas.

How to Apply

Complete and Submit the Application Form
Review your completed application form to make sure all the information is correct. Students over 18 years of age do not need a parent/guardian signature and may submit their application online. A parent/guardian must sign and submit the "print" application form if the student is under the age of 18.

Notification
Students who are selected for participation will be notified approximately one month prior to the start of the internship. Internships run for a 6-week period during the summer months, typically between the last week of June through the end of August. Due to the volume of submissions, only those students selected for intern positions will be notified.
