Our Vision for the Future

LUKE Institute Teaching Model = Learn * Think * Create * Serve

Construction of "The LUKE Institute of Progressive Learning and Intellectual Advancement" is the logical culmination of our grass-roots efforts. We have acquired 5 acres of property in Prince Georges County as the first step of a multiple step process to actualize our vision. Our goal is to widen the scope of our services to a level that will serve not only Prince Georges County, but also the entire nation.

The Institute will be a hub of multicultural activities, thought, and partnerships for the advancement of young people. A multi-level complex that will support a state-of-the-art multimedia center, music studio, technology studio, rehearsal studio, and medical studio. The middle level will be dedicated to critical thought, philosophy, business, and grant activities. The top level will be reserved for executive and administration offices.

Think of the building as the human body, the base (foundation) gets us there in a practical manner, the middle tier holds the heart and soul, and the top houses the brain that guides the operations. The wide stance of the facility symbolizes stability, the soaring tower indicate that no goal is unreachable and all should reach for the heavens.
